At Uomasa Hirai, we have preserved our secret sauce since 1954, carrying on over 70 years of tradition.

Our eel is carefully sourced from the best regions depending on the season, and each piece is grilled to perfection over premium binchotan charcoal.

Our seasonal course meals—featuring the finest ingredients of the moment—are perfect for gatherings such as memorial services or family occasions.

Special dishes using fugu (pufferfish) or crab are also available upon advance reservation.
