Just steps from Shinjuku Gyoen, I welcome you to a hidden kitchen in the heart of the city,
where we cook warm, homestyle Japanese dishes in a relaxed, non-commercial setting.

In just two hours, you’ll enjoy a hands-on, authentic cooking experience that feels like visiting a friend’s home.

I treasure conversation and connection — our time together is about sharing stories, culture, and comfort.

Let’s Cook Japanese Homestyle Dishes

Discover the joy of cooking authentic Japanese homestyle dishes with our À la Carte Cooking Class!

Choose from a variety of beloved recipes and create your favorite dish, guided step-by-step by experienced moms.

Main Dish (Choose One)

・Teriyaki: A soy sauce-based sweet and savory glaze for meat or fish.

・Saikyo Yaki: Miso-marinated dishes.

・Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) Fish or gluten meat can be used as a replacement for chicken.

All served with Tamagoyaki (Japanese Rolled Omelette), Seasonal Vegetable Dish , Seasonal Miso Soup and Dessert . All dishes e come with rice balls (onigiri).

We’ll be making traditional Nori Maki,
a classic dish for special occasions,

and a tasty teriyaki dish
with everyone’s favorite sauce.
