Description:
A course featuring A5 Kuroge Wagyu rib loin (rib roast) and chuck flap (misuji).
Rib loin is served as sukiyaki, while misuji is prepared as shabu-shabu.
The shabu-shabu yudofu is served as a light appetizer.
The sukiyaki is cooked Kansai-style, using only brown sugar and soy sauce, enjoyed with fresh folic-acid eggs from Mizuho Farm.
Dessert includes homemade warabi-mochi and matcha.
